Etec Teknikutbildning AB is looking for an engaged and results-oriented sales representative to strengthen our team in corporate training. We offer technical training for companies in areas such as automation, electricity, and industry – and we are growing!
Etec Teknikutbildning AB is an established training provider in technical professions. We offer corporate training, higher vocational education (YH), national vocational training, and upper secondary education in electrical engineering and automation. Through modern technology, good pedagogy, and a sustainable approach, as well as close collaboration with the business community, we ensure that both companies and students acquire the skills needed to meet today’s and tomorrow’s technological challenges.
About the position
As a sales representative with us, you will work to develop and drive the sales of our open and customized training programs. You will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both sales strategy and customer relationships.
Your main tasks include:
- Active sales work towards new and existing customers
- Mapping needs and tailoring training solutions
- Booking and conducting customer meetings, both digitally and physically
- Preparing quotes and following up on deals
- Collaborating with training leaders, administrators, and other colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales (experience in the education or technology sector is advantageous)
- Is self-driven and enjoys taking responsibility
- Is communicative and accustomed to building relationships
- Has a good ability to identify customer needs
- Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably also in English

Location
The position is based at our office/training center in Oskarshamn, but also involves travel to customers.
